The Royals youth baseball organization is based in the tri-state area surrounding Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Founded in 2015, the program started with one team that has now expanded to five, from ages 9U all the way up to their showcase 16/17U team.

Royals players are fortunate to travel to different states to participate in America’s Pastime, the game of baseball.

The organization believes that winning is important, but building fundamentals at a young age is critical to developing not only good ballplayers, but good young people who will carry lessons learned and friendships developed with them for life. Players and coaches are active throughout the year looking for opportunities to help others in need.

The goal of the organization is to have players not only leave the field with a sense of pride, accomplishment, and resilience, but also a feeling of community.

“Baseball is beautiful. For me, it goes past the innings, off the score-book, and beyond the foul lines.

I see, feel, and experience, not only the competition between the lines, but the culture that surrounds the game and the life-long lessons it instills.

Qualities like leadership, overcoming adversity, and the pay-off of hard work. It’s all right there, displayed on the field.

For me, there’s nothing like a ball field. You create some order out of chaos.

What is fair. What is foul. Paths to bases get you back home.

To be successful 30 percent of the time puts you in rare company.

Baseball is more life than metaphor for life.”
